The Cancellation Policy, outlined on Chakdaha Bazar's website (www.chakdahabazar.com) and it's  mobile application, branded as "Chakdaha Bazar", collectively referred to as the "Platform," governs the cancellation process for orders placed by customers on the Platform.

1. Cancellation Process

    1.1. Customers can cancel an order by logging into their account on the Chakdaha Bazar Website or  App.

    1.2. Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped or processed for delivery.

    1.3. To cancel an order, customers should go to their order history and select the specific order they wish to cancel. They can then click the "Cancel Order" button.

2. Refund Process

    2.1. If an order is successfully canceled within the cancellation window, a refund will be initiated.

    2.2. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.

3. Cancellation Window

    3.1. Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours from the time of purchase.

    3.2. After the cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Exceptions

    4.1. Some products or services may not be eligible for cancellation or may have different cancellation policies. This will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

5. Out of Stock Items

    5.1. If an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed, customers will be notified, and they can choose to either cancel the item or the entire order.
